To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1.$148肉骨茶味道嘛嘛地，個煲好細，四個骨一半都係肥肉，唔知係道食乜。2.$68叻沙面兩隻蝦兩片薄叉燒，加埋半個蛋，叉燒又一半肥肉並且係凍豬肉有股怪味，蝦係凍蝦頭尾發黑唔新鮮，一啖入去硬是覺得有放佐好耐嘅味，叻沙湯底味道中規中矩，但材料真係好差。3.$28拉茶沖粉都未溶，粉浮拉茶面上，點凍又唔凍，有冰但成個飲品係常溫來嘅。拉茶點會係有沖粉呢？我真系唔明。4.唯一okay嘅係椰香斑斕治。I say no. 唔好再黎。
