Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看到開飯網有許多人推介這間社會企業的餐廳,便特地前往品嚐一下法國美食。這店鋪屬於樓上鋪,乘電梯上三樓便到。進入店內已感受到那簡約寧靜的氣氛,室內滿布鮮花,牆上亦有掛畫,感覺雅緻。先送上餐前小吃,橄欖醬脆麵包,鬆脆可口,接著是兩款法式麵包,味道正宗,非一般貨色。前菜分別點了三文魚沙律,上菜時只見魚碎,並非一片片三文魚,故感覺略嫌少了一點;另外點了磨菇批,批薄香脆,磨菇鮮味,較為有特色。主菜點了香煎鯛魚,魚肉偏腍,魚皮香脆,更灑上果仁增添口感,味道不錯,伴菜則一般。另一主菜為bouillabaisse,滿心期待,因為不是每間店舖都會炮製這款魚湯。其實這道法國南部馬賽魚湯,只要一離開當地都不能以此命名,因此一看餐牌便眼前一亮毫不猶豫地點了,但一試便大失所望,徒具其名,並不符實,湯淡稀少,內裡更混入蔬菜,完全不是那回事,我想可能是怕顧客吃到腥味,故此加入蔬菜以闢味,這反而吃不到海鮮的鮮味。甜品是香梨配雲呢嗱雪糕和焦糖海綿蛋糕配朱古力雪糕,份量太少,兩啖便吃完;跟餐點了咖啡及薄荷茶,尚算多選擇。整體而言,這兒環境比食物優勝,令人感到悠閒愜意!
