To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太座想吃粥,從數款粥中,選了鮮菇雞球粥,粥底綿軟,雞球也煮得嫩滑,最喜歡是冬菇味超香濃,天氣寒冷吃碗熱粥很暖胃。

我飲茶最愛吃腸粉,香茜叉燒腸,頗像廣州的酒樓,伴了兩條菜心,叉燒腸中加了芫茜,我當然喜歡,腸粉有米香,也做得不錯,若是腸皮可以拉得薄些少會更合我心意。

太座忽然想吃香煎蘿蔔糕,我心想差不多半個月後便是新年,到時想吃多少都有,但為了不想掃她興,一於照點可也,糕也算足料,可吃到蘿蔔條,糕身不削,她喜歡吃便是。
