To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位置喺觀塘海旁,環境好寫意,有室內或者室外嘅座位。Beef Tartare 美國安格斯生牛肉他他 $118本身內心對生肉有點抗拒😆朋友嗌咗就試吓。出乎意料之外的好食,完全無食緊生肉嘅感覺,肉質軟滑,有種好香甜嘅味道。而且份量很多。4個人share 都會很夠。Tiger Prawn Butterflies 大蝦濃汁虎蝦蝴蝶粉 $168虎蝦有兩大隻,肉質彈牙。醬汁沾滿蝴蝶粉,蝴蝶粉帶點咬口。海鮮嘅大蝦味同芝士🧀️奶香,調味啱啱好。Duck Breast 燒法國鴨胸 $198我最鍾意呢個,慢煮鴨胸肉😍肉質鮮嫩,有鴨香味,完全無臊味。配菜薯條、翠玉瓜、茄子等等都好好食。叫咗兩杯紅酒,DG Red Gls $118 同 Livio Red Glass $118 兩杯都幾好飲喎。Livio Red同DG Red 相比Livio丹寧味比較淡會甜口啲更岩女仔飲而男仔就會鐘意無咁甜嘅DG Red。
