To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天跟好姊妹到 Ritz Carlton 102F 大堂酒廊下午茶 Spring Garden Afternoon Tea，輕輕鬆鬆渡過一個愉快的下午。最後我們被安排到116樓層用餐，桌上已有信封讓我們放口罩，以及要填寫一名聯絡人資料以便跟進。先來一杯非常refreshing 的welcome drink，服務員再送上scone及tea set tray！服務員也作簡單介紹，食物有咸有甜相當精緻，咸甜也出色！朋友也讚好味！因著轉天氣的関係，窗外白濛濛一片，看不到外面風景。服務員態度和藹，也主動幫我們影合照。
