今日我喺尖沙咀寶勒巷發現咗一間超正嘅日式串燒店,呢間店唔單止CP值高,仲有一個特別之處,就係上咗枱嘅串燒會配有暖碟,食得更加舒適,特別係冬天食得暖暖地,感覺超正!我試咗幾款串燒,「燒蟶子皇」,蟶子鮮美多汁,搭配微鹹的調味,「燒扇貝」,外焦內嫩,扇貝嘅鮮味完全凸顯出嚟。「燒多春魚」嘅味道亦都唔錯,魚肉鮮嫩,配上特製醬汁,真係回味無窮。而「燒牛肩胛」同「燒牛舌」更係我嘅最愛,肉質嫩滑,香氣四溢。另外,「鹽燒雞軟骨」嘅口感脆口,咬落去好有趣,而「燒蜜糖雞中翼」就係甜甜嘅口感,適合鍾意食甜嘢嘅朋友。至於「燒魚片頭」,魚香四溢,味道獨特。再講講配菜,「牛油焗雜菇」真係一絕,香濃嘅牛油加上新鮮雜菇,簡直係完美搭配,而「鱈魚乾」就俾我一啖啖咬落去,味道濃郁,唔油膩。飲品方面,選擇咗「麒麟生啤」同「Coke Zero」,清爽嘅啤酒配上串燒,絕對係完美拍檔!
