To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 賽螃蟹($98),竟然深圳的同事說從沒吃過,就點了一份給她們嚐嚐,想不到有驚喜呢:蛋白炒得極嫩又滑,重點是夠細碎才能摸擬蟹肉效果,加上少量元貝絲更添鮮味了,再點一點香醋,真的比蟹肉還加美味! 而且送飯十分一流,大家主要是靠它,才清了碗半白飯。

咕嚕肉($92),賣相看來不錯的,然而一吃就知脆漿過厚,肉卻較少較削,味道很是一般,大概在這等地方不宜點粵菜。

好了,到底寶寶吃甚麼連銀絲卷也不要呢? 答案是米飯,因為3個女生吃2碗飯也吃不完,剩了很多給寶寶,他可是吃得非常滋味,又異常粗魯呢,笑壞媽媽及同行友人了,不信自己看看片子吧!

   
最後又點了一份
西米蓮蓉焗布甸($26),成品焗得夠燶,中間蓮蓉餡芯微帶潤澤、流動又香甜,將下午點一龍的出品完全比下去了!

三個人可享AE白金卡的67折,這餐折後只是$300多,可以說是超值又有質素;何況同事常介紹內地好吃的中菜,這次在香港讓她們吃到一間好吃有水準的中菜,感覺特別滿足,開心程度不輸超愛大米的寶寶呢!
