To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽說南記是出名, 但一直都未有試過今晚一直都未有決定晚飯地點, 加上近排身體不適進食太豐富的食物. 路過的南記, 便決定了晚餐地點了!店內的格局似快餐店, 先到櫃台下單比錢, 之後聽號碼拎食物. 全部都係四人座位, 座位不能移動的.點了四寶紫菜粉, 豬腩肉小鍋加春卷, 兩杯大豆漿四寶紫菜河: 有牛丸, 魚蛋, 墨魚丸同春卷各2件加一堆的紫菜. 清湯底, 枱面有梅菜同豆板醬提供. 春卷並不會太油, 內應該係用魚肉整的. 而其他丸, 彈牙但味道並無特別.豬腩肉小鍋加春卷: 湯底好濃味不過辣. 豬腩肉唔肥而肉質鬆軟.我相信, 出名應該係因為性價比偏高. 但如果說要專登到香港仔應該唔會喇...
