別於高貴扒房的拘束,大埔墟附近的 Ox Steak Lounge,英倫古風佈置風格,藍色作主調,金光閃閃牛頭作裝飾,卻又配合酒廊餐桌椅佈置,場景即時變得輕鬆自在!優質牛扒與美酒,聚友慶祝亦適合,難得價錢公道。晚上供應兩款套餐,分別是$398的晚餐及$598的嚐味套餐;豐儉由人,有追加項目。我們首次光顧,先嚐最基本的。Tasting Menu $598/位自家製生牛肉他他擺盤都幾靚,配備生蛋、生菜及黑醋汁點綴。程序如常,混合生蛋吃。入口嫩滑、少少辣,有種幾特別香味,估計來自香草,牛肉有咬口,吃得滿意!牛肝菌野菌忌廉湯好飲,口感順滑,真材實料。吃到原汁原味的牛肝菌及野菌的香氣及粒粒口感,忌廉份量適中。自家製牛骨髓牛油包有趣的以牛骨髓載著牛油,視覺上增豐腴。牛油包新鮮鬆軟,有些莓乾。黑松露鵝肝威靈頓牛柳烹調出色,心水推薦!金黃香脆外表吸引,酥皮香脆,牛油味香,層疊鬆脆;切開見中央粉紅色澤,保持生嫩,恰到好處做到五成熟效果,入口鬆軟有汁,肉味香;外脆內軟,口感一流。比利時朱古力心太軟以朱古力粉畫上牛頭及店名有心思,心太軟一按流心,朱古力醬香滑,甜度適中,有水準。咖啡或茶最後仲有飲料。Set D

凱撒沙律 (牛) 一般凱撒沙律只配雞肉,在扒房吃,有得揀當然點牛,沒有點錯,牛肉香嫩。凱撒沙律芝士不多,清新翠綠。
