已經有好一段日子為左慶祝呢個特別既紀念日而煩惱。為左想試D unconventional 既fine dining,我專登喺呢度target一D新開既餐廳。機緣巧合之下,我決定喺未有任何食評既情況之下「博一博」,放手去試一試呢間新開既餐廳到底係何方神聖!「E Molto Buono」位於銅鑼灣霎西街一棟已翻新既大廈二樓,喺正堅拿道路口,由銅鑼灣港鐵站行過去大約十分鐘就到,都算方便。可能因為係新開加上閒日夜晚既關係,當晚既顧客唔算太多,所以即使講野大聲少少都唔驚嘈親隔離!Menu選擇非常之多,a la carte既option足足有成差唔多十頁。為左唔想花太多時間既關係,我地決定簡簡單單就咁叫個$698「Gastronomic Menu」既7 course meal 就算。Amore 及 Ferrari (各$98):兩款非常特別的Champagne Cocktail。淡黃色既「Amore」用左荔枝Liqueor、Rose Syrup同埋菠蘿汁混合特選香檳而成,水果味既感覺非常重之餘亦會飲到淡淡的酒味,非常適合果D鍾意飲比較Fruity、果味較重既cocktail既朋友。「Ferrari

「Ferrari」由淡紅色既Campari炮制而成。由於放左方糖喺冰凍既酒精裹面,小小的氣泡會不斷由杯既底部往上湧「衝出黎」,感覺就好似紅色既法拉利喺跑道上促勢待發咁,玩味十足!
