To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本店在上環的鮨燐, 地理位置較低調, 主打傳統關東風格的壽司, 手法正宗而非整色整水的一系, 剛開的尖沙咀分店, 除了鮨類也提供熟食, 它和樓下的日式燒肉店以及日式百貨店令這新進的”醫生樓”加添人流之餘也多了一份日本氣息, 而我和附近客戶吃Business Lunch也多了一個選擇.之前腸胃不舒服, 所以選擇了熟食, 是和牛壽喜燒, 三百一十多元的定價比附近的日山便宜, 三大塊的和牛薄片油脂分明, 肉稔再加上豐富的肉香及油香, 沒有抗拒的理由, 醬汁咸甜平衡度不錯, 帶點木魚甘香也是秋天的好伴侶. 唯一可惜的是雞蛋有點過熟, 這也不能怪餐廳, 只是因為自己懶惰, 所以請侍應先下蛋, 這些步驟下次還是自己來好了. 除了白飯之外, 在完成壽喜燒後更附上腐皮素麵, 腐皮有豆香之餘也帶甜味, 為這有點沈悶的素麵加添些食材. 吃得夠飽, 作為Business Lunch地點夠方便, 夠體面也有質素.
