To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. #搞串個pantry 呢間壽司小店樓高兩層，裝修簡單，偏向日式家庭料理風🎎。今次就散嗌左一啲壽司🍱，🔴魚一焦糖鵝肝壽司($38)、 🔵赤海蝦壽司($18)、🟢火炙三文魚壽司($9)、🟤芝士蟹籽軍艦兩件($18)、🟡軟殼蟹卷四件($38)、🟣三文魚腩壽司($15)、🟠火炙左口魚邊壽司($16)、⚫️火炙大拖羅壽司($38)、⚪️龍蝦沙律軍艦兩件($18)、⭕️辣味三文魚軍艦兩件($18)、🔘汁燒章魚丸($30)、🔴和牛串($56)。所有嘢食嚟講，高度推介焦糖鵝肝壽司🔥！！雖然鵝肝唔算太厚，但係外層焦糖燒到脆脆地，食落口，鵝肝入口即溶🤤，油脂感立即充滿成個口，真係唔錯💕！另外，其他嘅壽司就不過不失，食落嘅感覺都唔差，但就冇乜特別😋。而汁燒章魚丸、和牛串，口感同味道都非常普通。章魚丸如果外皮可以再脆口啲會更好😙，而和牛串食落口有啲偏硬。建議大家嚟到可以專攻壽司類🤩！！
