To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐沒有黎元氣，味道一樣有水準！我特別鍾意呢度嘅三文魚壽司，魚肉新鮮，入口即化，搭配上啲醋飯嘅鬆軟同酸香，簡直完美。其中一樣我覺得好正嘅係章魚小丸子，外皮香脆，入面嘅章魚又鮮美多汁，食落去真係好有咬口，仲有少少甜醬淋上面，地道得嚟又帶點創新，真係正到彈起！我地仲試咗海鮮烏冬，呢個真係令我難忘。湯底鮮美得嚟唔會太油膩，烏冬滑而唔爛，每條粉都吸滿咗湯汁嘅精華，海鮮嘅鮮味亦都完美融入湯中，每一啖都饒有滋味，真係食到最後一滴湯都唔捨得浪費。最後我地點咗抹茶冰淇淋作結束。抹茶味濃郁又唔會太甜，冰淇淋滑溜溜嘅，解完魚生後嘅油膩，仲帶點清新感覺。坐得舒服，服務又貼心，呢次食飯真係一個非常愉快嘅體驗。真的可以常常來！😂👍🏻💯。
