上2星期跟客戶吃過壽喜燒之後,心中又念念不忘,跟老公提起他二話不說book了一間壽喜燒專門店跟我去食,超開心呢。壽喜燒set 現在做緊優惠,$980一位,可以試勻三個不同部位的牛肉,而且仲要是我最喜愛的關西風味壽喜燒,真的非常期待。先付三點磯煮鮑魚軟淋鮮嫩,醋漬八爪魚入口爽嫩彈牙,鮟鱇魚肝有如鵝肝般的細滑豐腴感,入口即化。刺身三點北海道帶子味道鮮甜可口,新鮮的鯖魚好清甜而且肉質嫩滑,赤身脂肪量少、肉質比較實,有咬口而味道鮮美。三文魚籽松葉蟹茶碗蒸三文魚籽份量不少,每一口都感受到三文魚籽爆開的滋味,口感細滑,完全帶出豐富嘅海鮮鮮味,啖啖蟹肉。壽喜燒A4和牛提供了三個不同部位有西冷、肉眼、牛肩肉,先由A4和牛肩胛肉開始食起,師傅先灑上沙糖在鍋中再加入和牛煎到7成熟,先吃一口原味,肉質鮮嫩多汁,肉味香濃焦香,第二口沾上蛋汁,多了一份蛋香味,配上白飯可以解去和牛的油膩感。第二款A4和牛肉眼5成熟,嫩滑可口,極致的柔嫩肉質和濃郁的牛味,肉表面的霜降紋理均勻,均勻的油脂,入口即化。最後一款A4和牛西冷,肉質油脂分佈堪稱完美,肉質鮮紅,口感細膩美味。蔬菜配料有津白、洋蔥、冬菇等等,各款都煮到恰到好處
