To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前幾次去食 溫野菜 都是打邊爐,不是朋友說都不知道原來現在有壽喜燒食呢!有三種價錢的肉可以選擇,但每次其實我都覺得對肉不是有太高要求的話,只是揀最低價錢就頗滿足吧~不知大家會不會有這想法?✦ 美國上級牛筋肉 & 鹿兒島茶美豚梅肉 ($198)除了兩盤肉外,當然還配了一碟野菜 話說壽喜燒的鍋比起個爐還大上一些,導致有點放不平 ...另外也可以選擇找店員幫手烹調或者自己動手!首先將那舊脂肪塗均後就可以放入野菜,先落京蔥、旺菜、白蘿蔔、紅心蘿蔔,之後再放冬菇、啡金菇~要注意一下葛絲有點易黏鍋春菊的味道有點特別,可能不是每個人都會喜歡。菜都落好後就加入醬汁繼續煮囉,聞起來的味道超香甜之後就可以按自己的喜好去加肉來吃,牛筋肉比較薄身,相對之下我更喜歡豚梅肉,口感軟滑甘美由於醬汁是偏甜了不少,於是就甜上加甜囉 (笑)雖然還有提供柚子豉油和胡麻醬,但其實不沾醬已很夠味最後配了烏冬 / 白飯~所以對女生來說都幾夠飽的。烏冬只是放了進鍋一會兒就淋掉 ... 這點不太好用餐後埋單時有糖果可以吃
