今日同男朋友睇完戲係太古搵野食 見到溫野菜有hsbc card 7折套餐優惠 - $331 有前菜番茄、野菜五品盛合、日本黑毛和牛肩脊肉、美國牛肋肉、鹿兒島豚肉、雞爽肉。但湯底係唔包係呢個價錢裡面嘅。不過湯底價錢都唔貴 $19-$39 同埋佢地冇限一人一定要叫一個湯底,所以我地兩個人都係叫左一個秘傳月見壽喜湯。然後我地仲再加左一個平麵就已經飽曬!平麵口感超級淋,好滑身。 肉嘅質量方面就一般般,但一定對得住呢個價錢!

呢日寒流襲港好凍,午餐想食好少少就去咗溫野菜,我哋三個人嗌咗三個餐分別係:A餐$299日本國產牛定食上枱見到肉片都係色澤均勻亮麗,入口都係滑捋捋嘅,非常美味。呢款餐會有一個丹麥豚肉,非常高質,雖然切得好薄,但係入口即溶食得出係高質豚肉。B餐$155日本豚肉及雞腿肉日本豚肉相對A餐冇咁滑,不過豬肉味好重酥都係非常美味。雞腿肉大概有五嚿放咗落壽喜燒入邊煮過都係滑脫脫好好食。C餐$328究極和牛定食呢個不得了,有兩種和牛,一睇啲雪花滿滿,而且非常均勻;肉色亦都非常亮澤新鮮。入口即溶,油脂充滿口腔。每個餐都會跟兩粒芥末貢丸,蔬菜盤,同埋大概兩片炸魚片;另外麵條,同指定飲品都係跟餐。睇落去好似得兩盤薄肉唔會飽咁,但係其實非常之飽係非常滿足嘅午餐。

每個餐都會跟兩粒芥末貢丸,蔬菜盤,同埋大概兩片炸魚片;另外麵條,同指定飲品都係跟餐。

睇落去好似得兩盤薄肉唔會飽咁,但係其實非常之飽係非常滿足嘅午餐。

今日去咗溫野菜食嘢,好多款肉同醬汁可以揀,仲有湯底可以選擇。我揀咗鹿兒島美豬同雞腿肉定食,加埋三款自選定食。而且要揀壽喜燒湯底,因為我揀咗和牛湯底,味道唔係特別甜,下次一定揀壽喜燒湯底。肉同醬汁方面,肉都做到好薄切,好易吸晒湯底嘅精華。牛頸脊嘅肉質比較出色,雞肉都好滑嫩,但豬肉就比較一般啦。醬汁就唔同啦,以前有柚子醬,不過而家冇咗,只有芝麻醬,都好好味。除咗肉之外,仲有兩粒豬肉丸,有秋葵味,比我想像中好食。最後試咗闊條麵,就算煮很短時間都比較軟,個人唔太喜歡,朋友話有啲似河粉。總括而言,溫野菜嘅味道唔錯,肉同醬汁都好好食,只係湯底可以揀壽喜燒湯底,同埋啲麵條唔太啱我嘅口味。

溫野菜跟其他日式火鍋店雖有相似之處,但當中有些配料的味道和賣相都更精緻,豆腐湯、雞頸肉、日本產豬和雞軟骨滑等都是我最愛,今次因為想起他們的豆乳湯,就來了! 當天是星期六不用上班,如果為了折扣等到二時半實在太久了,所以直接進門吃午膳。肉品有一份鹿兒島產茶美豚肩和雞腿肉,其他有蔬菜籃和丸物,湯底點我最愛的豆腐湯。 湯底的沸點低,所以在涮配料的時候要不停控制火候。有濃豆香味,喝下去味道剛好不會過鹹,特別喜歡適合淡味的我。跟豬肉配在一起就像另類提味,份外幽雅芳香。雞肉失準了,有雪藏味,解凍處理不佳。 蔬菜籃裡我最喜歡紅心蘿蔔,味道比國產清淡,而且口感更彈牙,我喜歡涮數分鐘便食用,不至太軟。 其他的配料還好吧,年糕和烏冬用來果腹,Q彈軟嫩,不錯吃!

天氣咁凍,好適合去打邊爐。放lunch嘅時候,我同同事已經喺app上面拎咗位,先至再行過去,點知都等咗成30分鐘。去到先知原來有得訂位,唔想等位記得打去book左先。午市有3個set 嘅shabu shabu盛合定食,同埋自選shabu shabu定食,有得揀2種肉($148) 同3 種肉($168)。total 有8種肉揀,三款牛、三款豬同一款雞。我同同事就揀咗三款牛、兩款豬、一款雞。我覺得最好食係牛頸脊。我就揀咗壽喜燒湯底(比較推薦🤩),同事就揀咗蕃茄湯底🍅。定食仲包左飲品、兩款丸(貢丸加年糕)、野菜盛盒同埋烏冬。甜品仲可以加$10個牛角雪糕。價錢就偏貴,但偶爾奢華一下都ok!

Wanted to have a nice hotpot during the winter season. 其實已經食過好多次,不過次次嚟親太古城都冇其他餐廳吸引過溫野菜🤣,所以明知唔抵都係要食。今次叫咗蕃茄湯底,大蕃茄幾甜,但係湯頭就好普通,最吸引都係啲靚肉,長崎黑毛和牛西冷永遠都唔會令人失望,$199四片真係有啲貴,不過唔係成日食,而且真係入口即溶,所以都可以接受。鹿兒島豚肉亦都唔錯,唔會太肥,打邊爐啱晒。今次最有驚喜竟然係蝦滑,個樣唔係太吸引,但食落口有幾彈牙有粒粒蝦肉。另外其實啲小食亦都唔錯嘅,鍾意食依度嘅明太子魷魚薯仔沙律,其他地方真係食唔到🤣整體來講,溫野菜最大嘅優點就係乾淨,食得安心。兩個人唔係叫咗好多嘢,都食咗$700真係有啲貴,久不久一次就OK。另外而家匯豐卡有啲套餐做緊七折好似抵食啲,大家可以去睇吓。
