To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位於公司附近,有時做得辛苦晏晝豪一豪,幫自己打氣😀第一次嚟呢間溫野菜,環境好舒服絕對冇復出嘅感覺。由於小妹唔食牛,選擇唔太多,所以我只係揀咗午市B餐。鹿兒島茶美豚肉+雞腿肉 $155 -每個餐可以揀幾款湯底,我就揀咗清清地嘅昆布湯底。除咗肉類之外每個餐都附上一盒蔬菜,另外可以揀飯、烏冬或蕎麥麵,小妹今次揀蕎麥麵。整體嚟講:肉質嫩滑,蔬菜新鮮,蕎麥麵清清地飲曬我口味。另外我亦order咗青檸梅子梳打,食完大大份火鍋飲返杯梅子梳打消滯👍👍👍

今日同男朋友睇完戲係太古搵野食 見到溫野菜有hsbc card 7折套餐優惠 - $331 有前菜番茄、野菜五品盛合、日本黑毛和牛肩脊肉、美國牛肋肉、鹿兒島豚肉、雞爽肉。但湯底係唔包係呢個價錢裡面嘅。不過湯底價錢都唔貴 $19-$39 同埋佢地冇限一人一定要叫一個湯底,所以我地兩個人都係叫左一個秘傳月見壽喜湯。然後我地仲再加左一個平麵就已經飽曬!平麵口感超級淋,好滑身。 肉嘅質量方面就一般般,但一定對得住呢個價錢!

其實我食呢餐時都差唔多4pm,本來想食個下午茶,但又身痕想打邊爐,見呢間4pm都仲有set lunch邊爐就啱哂啦~Set B 鹿兒島茶美豚.雞腿肉定食 $155鹿兒島茶美豚梅肉油花分布好靚,肉質好軟腍,肉味濃郁,連肥膏位好香,好好食👍🏻雞腿肉都幾厚身,肉質彈牙,都算鮮嫩。温野菜盛合驟眼睇都幾豐富,金菇同南瓜吸收哂湯底的味道,超好食。是日沙律椰菜上淋咗d柚子醋,都幾清爽。是日鍋肴(2款) 應該係墨魚丸同牛丸,墨丸真係食到有幾粒好彈魚的墨魚肉,牛丸有少少wasabi 味,都幾funny。湯底 - 秘傳月見壽喜湯湯底味道好甜好濃味,跟湯底上個隻雞蛋勁香🤩配肉配烏冬都好好食。跟餐 - 稻庭烏冬倒咗落鍋裡滾一滾,熱食好食d,配埋湯底認真唔錯。餐飲 - 茉香綠茶(熱)飲落澀澀哋,還可以啦。温野菜 (太古城中心) (太古)太古太古城道18號太古城中心3樓309號舖*上述文章只供參考及以當時價格為準

呢日寒流襲港好凍,午餐想食好少少就去咗溫野菜,我哋三個人嗌咗三個餐分別係:A餐$299日本國產牛定食上枱見到肉片都係色澤均勻亮麗,入口都係滑捋捋嘅,非常美味。呢款餐會有一個丹麥豚肉,非常高質,雖然切得好薄,但係入口即溶食得出係高質豚肉。B餐$155日本豚肉及雞腿肉日本豚肉相對A餐冇咁滑,不過豬肉味好重酥都係非常美味。雞腿肉大概有五嚿放咗落壽喜燒入邊煮過都係滑脫脫好好食。C餐$328究極和牛定食呢個不得了,有兩種和牛,一睇啲雪花滿滿,而且非常均勻;肉色亦都非常亮澤新鮮。入口即溶,油脂充滿口腔。每個餐都會跟兩粒芥末貢丸,蔬菜盤,同埋大概兩片炸魚片;另外麵條,同指定飲品都係跟餐。睇落去好似得兩盤薄肉唔會飽咁,但係其實非常之飽係非常滿足嘅午餐。

中午想打邊爐,揀左溫野菜,見佢午餐份量都好大份,豬拼雞肉套餐就$155左右、有沙律,一個主食,一份雞,一份豬,一份菜,仲有幾粒丸,連埋一杯野飲,加$10仲有杯雪糕。如果想食牛既話, 就要$200幾一個人, 有牛肉加另外一份自選肉,怕唔夠飽既話,仲有好多野比你追加! 揀左壽喜燒湯底,仲有隻蛋, 啲肉好薄,好快熟,好食,雞肉亦滑,份量好夠,佢個芥末豬肉丸有少少芥末味,好食,另外叫左餃子,皮唔薄但彈牙。 食晒成個餐再追加左個溫野菜雪糕,即係雲呢拿雪糕加黑塘加黃塘粉。
