將軍澳中心這間餐廳經常排長龍,今日星期六的兩點仍不例外,好彩排左大約15 分鐘便入座。餐廳環境開揚舒服,價錢都比較平民化。加$18-$22 便會有前菜。點選了是日餐湯周打硯湯配香蒜牛油手工酸種包及健康的楓樹糖漿堅果燕麥杯。主菜冬蔭公汁蝦球蕃茄意大利粉,冬蔭公汁味道微辣惹味,意粉煮得剛好,軟硬適中,蝦隻爽口彈口。香煎加拿大豚肉眼拼車打芝士腸伴蜜糖芥末籽汁配飯,份量頗大,肉眼的肉質柔軟,有咬口,脂肪不會太肥膩。午餐包普通咖啡/茶,亦可以加錢轉其他特飲。我推介玄米抹茶燕麥奶咖啡,好香茶味。而香檳提子藍碟豆花梳打顏色則很美。
