📍將軍澳嚟講陳儀興潮州菜就最出名,除咗食打冷同潮州菜,呢度仲有幾多小炒同海鮮揀。潮州嘢一定要叫返份滷水鵝片($168)!鵝片切得厚度適中,鵝肉味都好香,點埋醋酸酸甜甜最夾。海鮮揀咗蒜蓉蒸蟶子($58隻)同魚湯浸活蜆($98),兩個都係海鮮游水櫃即叫即撈,好鍾意蟶子夠晒鮮甜之餘,加埋啲炸蒜喺面夠晒重口味。蒸鱔食得多,椒鹽鱔球($198)第一次試,炸完之後個口感反而冇咁油膩,同埋片片都有厚度,保留到鱔肉嘅爽口感。初次試呢隻潮州甜品脆皮落湯錢($88),全餐飯最有驚喜。有啲似煎香咗嘅糖不甩,每塊糯米都煎到好香脆又辣口,再加埋花生碎夠哂香口!
