將軍澳新開西日料理小酒館Koi, 當日都試左唔同菜式可以介紹下!辣味吞拿魚米餅都有啲Fusion,米餅就好似炸左既壽司,加埋辣味吞拿魚同青椒,感覺幾開胃!原隻天婦羅虎蝦辣卷唔算好辣,都算惹味!黑椒汁炸雞配熏醃白蘿蔔他他醬,都幾多舊而且雞件都幾滑,炸出來都好熱,配埋白蘿蔔他他醬,都可以解解油膩!照燒汁鵝肝鍋飯都幾驚喜,初初見佢加左蘋果粒以為會唔夾,點知酸酸甜甜令食落無咁滯,而鵝肝既油脂撈埋落啲飯度都幾香,都唔錯!甜品方面,紅豆枝豆糰子都幾特別,無諗過枝豆可以喺甜品度出現,但味道唔違和,糰子都幾軟糯!法式奶凍(宇治抹茶及醬油焦糖),醬油焦糖都特別,焦糖嘅甜味中帶出醬油嘅鹹香,配埋奶凍食都幾好,宇治抹茶奶凍就基本上都幾好!

照燒汁鵝肝鍋飯都幾驚喜,初初見佢加左蘋果粒以為會唔夾,點知酸酸甜甜令食落無咁滯,而鵝肝既油脂撈埋落啲飯度都幾香,都唔錯!
