將軍澳別樹一格既高質素鐵板燒餐廳,餐廳整體感覺、格局,裝修設計都籠罩左日式餐廳既氛圍,相當有氣派🍶 今次點選既套餐主要以海鮮類為主,當日海鮮非常新鮮,尤其係南非鮑魚,大隻又生猛,個人黎講好欣賞廚師揀選醬汁嘅搭配,海膽牛油醬令鮑魚味道更加creamy,油脂香充滿左成個口腔🥢 而另一款特調既龍蝦汁亦令龍蝦口感更為豐富突出,重視醬汁味道既朋友應該會十分欣賞~ 壓軸出場既宮崎 A5 和牛西冷,油脂分布平均,厚身而又香口,入口即化,配上青森縣既蒜片同水菜絲幫助解膩,絕對令人讚不絕口🍽 值得一提,餐廳所採用既碗碟、餐具,器皿都別出心裁,令整體用餐體驗更上一層樓💫
