川式串燒呢排就食得多,想轉下口味,所以今晚搵咗日式串燒!日本人不嬲做嘢都係追求極致,所以呢間燒烤店嘅本質都一樣!主要係賣雞~佢專到將雞嘅每個部分做成一個獨立嘅串燒,有啲地方你根本諗都諗唔到:雞冠?!雞下心(血管)?!提燈(即係一抽雞腸吊住幾粒未成形嘅雞蛋)?!太特別啦😓😱…自問接受唔到😅🤣都係食返啲大路嘢啦!為咗配合得更好,自己都做咗個wine pairing🤭😝🥃鶴梅元熟梅酒(濁酒)$98:濃濃嘅梅味好香,但唔會太甜,配合有啲油感嘅串燒,可以減低熱氣嘅感覺!🥰👍🏻🫔鱈魚乾$48:以為係一般嘅零食,點知燒完香香脆脆,有淡淡嘅甜味,點埋佢附上嘅鹽同調味,作為開胃同下酒菜一流!!🍢雞尾$38 、雞上髀$38:雞尾燒得好香脆,比想像中冇油膩嘅感覺,有股淡淡嘅雞香味,好香脆;雞上髀十分juicy,而且食得出啲雞肉好新鮮,好彈牙!!🍢雞皮$38 、雞頸$38:雞皮平時就唔敢點食啦~🤭串燒就試一次啦😅又真係好香口,而且唔會覺得好肥膩!雞頸肉平時食韓燒嘅時候都好鍾意食,因為比較爽口,好有口感!🍢糯米雞肉棒$48:用薄薄嘅糯米包住雞肉嚟燒,唔好睇小佢,原來免治雞肉中間仲有啲脆口軟骨,所以口感好豐富,

🍢糯米雞肉棒$48:用薄薄嘅糯米包住雞肉嚟燒,唔好睇小佢,原來免治雞肉中間仲有啲脆口軟骨,所以口感好豐富,燒嘅時候配合醬油,糯米變咗少少飯焦,好香脆,啱曬我口味!!😝❤️👍🏻

🥔安納芋$58 、 蘆筍$38、 唐辛子$38:食咗咁多肉,要食返少少蔬菜,安納芋其實即係甜心蕃薯,焦糖化之後個面脆脆地,好軟糯~蘆筍就普普通通,燒完反而冇平時咁juicy~唐辛子就仲有好多水份,好juicy,而且我好鍾意辣椒嘅香味,配合木魚絲,好味!😅
