秋刀又軟又肥,秋刀卷做得好靚,魚骨脆炸個醬油調味好香,要爭取秋季食多幾次。赤鯛,櫻花木煙燻,目光魚,鱈魚BB印象深刻。一般燻魚都會用稻草,櫻花木嘅煙燻香更辛辣尖銳,同魚竟然咁夾。熟食有一小片鰻魚,兩片和牛。鰻魚有白燒嘅魚脂香,鰻魚嘅脆嫰,外層薄薄嘅蒲燒醬汁燒出一層脆皮,魚皮另外烤至薄脆一樣,係鐵板燒嘅脆鰻魚皮,一片真係唔夠喉,下次黎試下熟食先。魚料味道突出,選料豐富,質感有爽脆有入口即化,調味口感有變化起伏,魚料同壽司飯溫度相配,全部都係心機。響香港好耐無試過呢個價錢食到呢d食材。韓國街嘅盡頭竟然有間咁專業嘅 omakase,師傅好功夫!
