Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

專登黎食牛角包

以前買過品殼一次嘅法包，都覺得幾好食。今次專登嚟呢就係買牛角包，之前一直聽人講都幾好食。今次就揀咗杏仁牛角包(HKD26)另外再買咗個醬燒鮪魚包(好似大約HKD20)個鮪魚包唔係好多餡，我諗得一湯匙多啲，我覺得有啲少，個包都軟嘅，咬落去都係覺得軟綿綿嘅，但個魚嘅醬嘅味都唔算太出呀。我覺得一般啦～個杏仁甜甜地幾好食。 不過個牛角包切開就覺得個氣泡唔算太大，而且牛油味俾啲甜味蓋過，不過係脆嘅，係有啲啲失望。可能係呢一日廚房有啲失手姐，下次再試下原味牛角包先。

個鮪魚包唔係好多餡，我諗得一湯匙多啲，我覺得有啲少
，個包都軟嘅，咬落去都係覺得軟綿綿嘅，但個魚嘅醬嘅味都唔算太出呀。我覺得一般啦～
