To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

專程去食豬手麵

呢間小店鋪頭門口細小，行得快隨時睇唔到！鋪內有10張枱，全部貼牆而放，每張枱只可坐3個人，坐滿都係得30個顧客。首先叫咗個豬手撈麵，但老闆整咗豬手湯麵，算啦，都係豬手啫無問題。豬手冧，幼麵爽。期間見到老闆娘用完牙線無洗手就去煮麵畀客人，有啲唔衛生喎。而老闆就每次都有先洗手再埋爐頭煮麵，要畀個讚。終於等到老闆出來，即係叫多個雲吞河。雲吞中規中矩，河粉就一般，都係麵底好食啲。不過，以呢個價錢嚟講，其實唔差喇。
