上海工作嘅好友回港,當然要聚一聚,佢睇完電視台三位嬌小玲瓏嘅靚女主持介紹,好有興趣到寶哥哥主理這間以陳皮入饌嘅食肆,為食嘅我舉腳贊成啦。晚飯當晚,好友到達才發覺原來自己之前嚟過。由於相隔已有一段時間,已經唔太記得食過什麼,只記得叉燒好味,以為佢主要叫陳皮做嘅菜餚,原來佢最想食係30年陳皮做嘅紅豆沙。一行五人,叫咗一湯四餸一麵一甜品:1. 拖地蜜汁黑豚肉 — 即係厚切叉燒,切到咁厚都唔會韌,而且好入味,真係超正2. 例湯(粟米紅蘿蔔馬蹄煲豬展) — 餐牌顯示四人份,但分比我哋五位飲,每人都分到咁大碗,ok喎3. 靈芝野菌燒豆腐 — 我唔識什麼是靈芝或是靈芝菇,亦唔覺得特別好味,不過紅燒豆腐都幾滑4. 四川水煮牛 — 牛肉滑,辣度適中,墊底嘅粉皮索哂汁比較辣,但未必人人接受到這辣度5. 杞子花膠濃湯浸時蔬 — 估唔到花膠有好多,湯底都算鮮甜6. 海鮮兩面黃 — 個麵煎得兩面香脆,海鮮略少,按我個人口味不太喜歡7. 遠年陳皮紅豆沙 — 餐牌寫明用30年陳皮做,紅豆煮到起沙,有幼絲陳皮在內,少少甜加上淡淡陳皮香,好欣賞。食過這碗才知道我從前食嗰啲係紅豆糖水或紅豆湯,今次才是我一生人第一碗紅豆沙
