自從上次有朋友傾生意,在下厚著臉皮拉衫尾來過之後,已經有好一段日子沒來了,但對於店方的紮實菜色,的確留下深刻印象,近月「龍苑」推出套餐,便拉了幾位食友品嚐一下。店內裝潢充滿著濃烈的中國色彩,可能是Happy Friday吧?是晚全院滿座,可見識貨的大有人在。錦繡燒味併盤中以叉燒最得我心,很有嚼口,雖然充滿蜜味,但又不會把肉味蓋過,保留了邊位的焦香,令叉燒帶有焦香,很到位;之後試試燒鴨,毫不乾身,鴨皮香脆,皮下脂肪不多,比起不少燒臘店還要出色;豉油雞肉質嫩滑,帶給客人一個良好印象作開始。近年來鼓吹環保,餐桌上已逐漸遠離魚翅或瀕危海產,店方改成紅燒海皇燕窩真的要值得一讚,以上湯作湯頭,加入海鮮粒及燕窩,芡汁扣得恰到好處,暖暖的又夠滋潤。南非糖心鮑魚伴刺參基本上是每位一份,鮑魚扣得入味,柔韌而富彈性,而刺參汆水處理得相當好,軟綿綿的入口滑溜,再加上少許溫室清爽的豆苗,很合宜的配搭。蛋白花雕蒸龍躉球略嫌龍躉球有點過火,但可以接受,置底的蛋白蒸得很香滑,些少的花雕香味令蛋白更吸引。風沙脆皮燒雞是店方名物,可以用皮脆肉滑形容,風沙份量剛剛好,帶來蒜香味,而不是坊間常見的排山倒海,將整隻雞蓋住的賣相

P.S : 店方推出三款年糕,由來$148至$158,而顧客在2月2日前訂購,更有七折優惠,算起來只不過$100左右,用來送禮又了一個選擇。
