To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 踏入門口，店主熱情咁迎接我哋，好似返到屋企咁溫馨。知道我地係第一次嚟，佢好仔細咁同我哋講解佢地嘅招牌菜。第一道上嚟嘅係「涼拌茄子」，睇嚟就好吸引，茄子入口即化，帶少少嘅麻辣，令人胃口大開。呢個涼菜食落去清新爽口，就好似係呢個炎炎夏日裡面揾返一絲涼意咁。跟住上嚟嘅係我哋等唔急嘅「地獄雞翼」。雞翼個皮炸得香脆，一上枱就流咀，咬一口，辣味同埋麻感即刻襲來，辣得我眼淚都嚟唔及，但係呢啲辣中帶麻嘅味道，真係好難忘，令人冇法停口。最後，主角登場——「傷心酸辣粉」。酸辣湯底香氣撲鼻，配料又豐富，有蝦、豬肉、豆腐皮等等，每一口都可以品嚐到唔同嘅風味。麵條煮得啱啱好，有咬勁，配埋酸辣湯汁，真係令個碗粉絲都充滿咗生氣同滋味。
