To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好多年前,每次在中環行經皇后大道中近置地廣場處便嗅到一間連鎖小食店所做的炸雞脾的香味。這味已消失了幾十年了,今天竟然被我無意間尋回部分的味兒。在中環辨完事已是下午四時左右,肚子都有點餓了,途經萬邦行大家樂便享用了一個下午茶餐。超抵吃的炸雞脾配紅豆冰,孖寶價只是$25,超便宜。如覺炸雞脾太熱氣的話,更可選豉油皇雞脾。~炸雞脾真意想不到,我竟然可吃回多年前另一小食店的炸雞脾味道。雞脾香氣四溢,炸得恰到好處,皮脆肉嫩,醃得又不會過鹹,果然一食難忘。 ~粒粒好豆冰冰凍紅豆冰極其吸引,內裏有大量紅豆粒,微甜有𡁻口。一匙一匙吃下紅豆,再啜一口有椰香味的紅豆水,感覺滿足。
