To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對上果次黎，係十幾年前讀緊小學嘅時候😱，再返嚟條街好似同印象中分別唔太大，紅紅嘅燈籠映照到成條街都係昏昏紅紅咁......入到餐廳，唔算多人，有少少冷清……食物嘅味道就同記憶中嘅味道差幾遠下，可能細個嘅時候特別識得珍惜。今次食咗雜錦刺身、加太賀日式沙律、拉麵，幾款食物嘅賣相都係一般般，刺身食落唔算新鮮，同埋較薄身、細件。沙律普普通通、中規中矩，不過份量算係大份既。拉麵嘅湯底好重要，但係又飲唔到濃郁嘅豬骨味，個麵既韌度亦唔算出色。
