早幾日去開上環信德,見到原來而家信德都開埋華星,一於順便試一試佢一早已經聽講華星唔錯,同澳牛同樣並列遊客必去之列,一場嚟到點都要叫下常餐($39)食好多人話佢地嘅炒蛋正,所以轉左炒蛋配通粉,仲叫埋新出嘅紫薯牛奶 。炒蛋的確係幾滑,多士烘到脆身加上叉燒通粉,整體沒有出錯的理由,就係細個同老豆去茶餐廳嘅味道,但其實又未至於唔食唔得叉燒得幾塊,通粉份量都唔係好多,男士可能唔夠飽,不過勝在湯底幾濃。而家加$3 可以轉紫薯牛奶/綠茶牛奶,今次草根就揀左紫薯牛奶味道甜左d ,不過真係有紫薯味飲到最底原來有煉奶,一開始又冇搞匀,所以去到最尾真係太甜,建議大家想叫可以叫少甜反而另外叫嘅校長多士就真係必食!!上面有黑松露加芝士,一上枱已經超香 睇落黑松露份量唔多,但食落又真係有黑松露味,加上芝士嘅咸香同烘到脆身嘅多士,真係超好食啊 草根係道諗,其實大家中意佢嘅原因或多或少都同回憶有關吧,但上環 分店d staff 真係超級nice有d意想不到茶餐廳搵到呢種服務態度呢,呢餐食得好滿足啊~
