To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛剛被某blogger的相片吸引,終於決定到南豐紗廠走一躺。幸好於2天前打電話訂位,到埗後就立即入座。店內裝潢白色為主,北歐風格中帶點cozy,加上服務員的殷勤態度,感覺不錯。特意來到當然要點主打的Fleur lover - 水果花花hotcake,這個甜品就是吸引我來的主因,它跟我2個月前在澳洲吃到的真有八成相似,至於味道更加是有過之而無不及!熱烘烘出爐的hotcake配上各式新鮮水果和果仁,讓人吃完再吃!另外我還點了牛油果拼盆Avo lover,果然是新鮮美味,畫龍點睛的是那一點一點粉紅色的沙律醬,加起來就是美味!埋單時才知道用app訂位有8-9折優惠,下次知道了。
