To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣凍要補血氣，豬潤係最佳選擇之一，但係要搵到好食又平民嘅豬潤實在唔容易。朋友介紹天后新開嘅和順記，之前有人特別推介佢嘅藥膳豬膶麵，一於試下！如果搭過海巴過嚟，銀幕街站一落，就會見到間舖頭喺街尾，地點方便。其實和順記最出名嘅應該係佢嘅大大隻雞比，見到好多人食，但係一心過嚟食豬膶，諗都唔諗就嚟咗個藥膳豬潤米粉。即叫即整，熱辣辣，豬膶份量都唔少，每一件都夠厚身，冇鯹味，配埋薑絲、杞子、食落去好暖身，個人覺得如果再爽口嫩滑啲就完美啦。

如果搭過海巴過嚟，銀幕街站一落，就會見到間舖頭喺街尾，地點方便。其實和順記最出名嘅應該係佢嘅大大隻雞比，見到好多人食，但係一心過嚟食豬膶，諗都唔諗就嚟咗個藥膳豬潤米粉。
