上次同同事食完飯行過,眼尾唔小心掃到大雞髀呢三個字,身兼大雞髀雷達嘅我就決定下次要黎試下印尼風味嘅雞髀!3個同事都不約而同揀左斑蘭椰香黃薑飯,雖然椰香好吸引,但我要遵守對自己嘅承諾,堅持食大雞髀,印尼醬燒大雞髀飯自然係不二之選。同事嘅斑蘭椰香黃薑飯聞落好香(唔知係咪因為我俾三個飯包圍XD),配搭住唔同醬汁嘅雞肉同豬肉,同事話幾好味估唔到食大雞髀會中伏唔知係咪印尼style,隻雞髀煮到骨都化埋,雞皮都溶埋咁,個樣有少少似平時啲雞湯湯渣........啲肉質真係好嚡,引用同事嘅名言,「如果要食嚡過雞胸嘅雞髀,我點解要食雞髀?」啲汁就係甜甜地,無乜特別,乜都補救唔到咁嘅雞髀俾雞髀傷透心嘅我⋯⋯⋯短期內都唔會再黎
