To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前是Flint 熟客，幾乎每星期必到，後來，要轉型，後有失落感今次，得悉Flint 有Saturday lunch ，馬上訂座！景物依舊，但人面全非，食物...前菜 - 賣相靚，份量小，味道一般主菜 - 魚，味道似咸魚，魚皮頗脆，魚肉結實...甜品 - 係add on item ，＄58，chess - 樣子新頴，味道普通若不太要求高，或不與以往比較，算係平實的午餐，@＄480 ，但感覺似canteen 的味道往日的水準，及味道，只能在追憶中

前菜 - 賣相靚，份量小，味道一般

主菜 - 魚，味道似咸魚，魚皮頗脆，魚肉結實...

甜品 - 係add on item ，＄58，chess - 樣子新頴，味道普通

若不太要求高，或不與以往比較，算係平實的午餐，@＄480 ，但感覺似canteen 的味道

往日的水準，及味道，只能在追憶中
