To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對九龍城黎講比較一般既泰菜

一行三人到左九龍城食泰菜,今次選擇左食黃珍珍真係好多好多人排隊, 等左10分鐘入坐,入面算幾大,坐位同茶餐廳闊度一樣,我地坐左卡位,由於太多人,待應整體感覺做野快而趕, 食物上菜速度都好快,我地叫左魷魚釀糯米飯,糯米飯偏甜但太硬,魷魚燒得耐左D, 食落要用力.即是質感吾OK,味道OK蝦冬蔭公,冬蔭公香料多,辣度同酸度都不錯.而且蝦新鮮, 雖然不算大隻,但蝦膏融入湯係不錯馬拉盞通菜, 一般既通菜椰汁糕,應該都做左一段時間,見甜品時間先拎出黎, 味道比較甜, 冇乜特別以九龍城既泰菜質素黎計佢算一般,仲有其它好選擇
