To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗰日落勝利道搵嘢食，想食日本嘢，不過有幾間都好似好貴，所以入咗呢間試下。價錢唔太貴50至100內，嘢食質素唔錯，最鍾意食個八爪魚配菜同麵鼓湯(好清甜)刺身份量都唔輸泄，份量竟然拍得著銅記大x屋午餐(80 幾蚊不過多好多配菜呢...)不過52蚊又唔駛加一仲想點，我見下面話份量貨不對版，真係好想知佢食咗幾錢先。
