日本食omakase可以好平,但係香港食就唔同呀,主要新鮮空運過嚟,相對地成本亦都提高左,但係如果好食嘅話,真係要食一餐優待自己。尖沙咀區,omakase食個lunch呢個價錢真係OK,$588/11貫,仲可以同黎左香港4年的師傅聊天,吃一餐舒適的午餐☺️先上墨魚仔同蒸蛋,師傅調制的醬汁甜甜辣辣勁開胃!蒸蛋勁滑,而且入邊有魚蛋有雞肉有菇學多了,作為前菜真係一流。金目鯛獅魚櫻花鯛深海池魚楠由白肉魚開始,由淡至濃味,白魚魚身大部分都爽口,而且第一次食獅魚,魚味重,很新鮮!黑鱸左口魚赤身甜蝦赤身真係好好味~好喜歡赤身的呑拿味;就算無燒的左口都真係要日本直送先得,吃得很姿味北海道帶子好鮮甜!好厚好大舊呀!廣島蠔我第一次食蠔耶!好在真係好新鮮無海水味~最後就係壓軸嘅海膽杯啦!海膽真係超級甜,遠遠嘅質感亦都唔會好重海水味,絕對係上等貨,食一杯真係唔夠啊!好想再食~超級欣賞佢個湯,係用金木鯛嘅魚骨熬製嘅,佢有魚嘅鮮甜又能帶出味增嘅原本嘅味道,作為成餐飯嘅結尾剛剛好。甜品係自家製嘅豆腐雪糕,最鍾意就係豆腐雪糕啦!淡淡的豆腐味唔會太甜,而且作為甜品唔會搶走左壽司嘅魚味,兩者一齊留喺個口一邊,慢慢回味。
