To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對這老字號徹底失望

今天路經太子站附近，見到久違了的永合隆燒臘店，想起20多年前食過一次，燒肉皮脆肉香懷念至今，於是就決定去買燒腩肉回家吃，他們的價錢比一般燒臘舖貴好多，燒腩仔賣$198一斤，當天只是一隻細中豬，不是以前賣的大豬，我要了一條骨，竟然要$180，回到家趁還有一點暖身，就急不及待去嘗試，結果徹底徹底的失望，燒肉完全冇味道，淡茂茂，皮又硬又un ，完全咬唔入，真係食之無味棄之可惜，份量又少得可憐，完全揾苯，所以以後一定唔會再去光顧。
