前排去完越南,一直對越南法包念念不忘,所以係OpenRice搵吓有咩餐廳食法包,見到呢間主打法包嘅越南餐廳好多好評,就特登去銅鑼灣試一試入面環境簡約大方,好乾淨,同越南嘅感覺真係好唔同,我仲以為係食甜品嘅添我揀左叉燒法包,入面好足料!!有扎肉、醃蔔卜、蛋。醬料有少少酸辣,又唔會太濕。個包本身都好好食,脆而不乾, 問起之下原來係自家調制嘅法包,真係用心!另外揀咗越式炸春卷,同樣外皮好酥脆,入面有黑木耳,口感豐富扎肉蒸粉卷,呢款味度清少少,但都好多料呀,扎肉好食,好似係老闆特登係越南搵番來的。燒豬肉撈檬粉 配肉丸湯豬肉撈檬要加d魚露去調出佢嘅味道,咸香嘅燒豬肉配埋酸甜嘅檬粉,真係好啱夏天食而肉丸都係自家整的,唔係凍肉店質素嘅肉丸!今餐真係好豐富,feel到每樣菜式都好用心製作,全部都係新鮮食材 推介!
