本身對食生蠔呢樣野興趣都不大,同埋有幾次食蠔"賴野"收場,又疴又嘔,有一日女友話想突然話想食蠔,本身都唔贊成(講真,真係一聽到就驚),但係大人落order,小人唯有照做啦. 上網搵左幾間,問朋友又問左幾間,最後決定試下Oyster Station!早一日打去訂枱,本身都話九點先有,話當日覆, 最後等到當日五點幾都無覆 唯有自己打去問,confrim左枱店員問我洗唔洗留野食,基於我未去過都唔sure佢有咩食嘅關係,咪話唔洗囉. 轉頭佢打黎話可以改七點,仲好!去到發現間野其實好細間,坐低左店員俾左湯同前菜我地食,湯好香,真係好香. 青瓜蘿蔔西芹都好食. 之後叫左個生蠔拼盤,海膽刺生,牡丹蝦,原來海膽刺生要預留先有,無得食!刺身加上四款蠔各二,上網已經睇過Oyster Station師父對開蠔好有要求,反而最欣賞係店員對菜色十分熟悉,亦好好態度好好語氣講解各種蠔分別,應該食邊款先,亦已經順時針放好推食次序,再推介埋白酒,絕對可信,俾人一種好放心唔洗煩嘅感覺,非常之diner-friendly. 食完一轉,再食埋好鮮嘅蝦刺身. 決定轉戰第二回合,店員推介向再濃味挑戰,再食多三款,飲埋入面d海
