To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚市時間,到達荃灣廣場牛角次男坊 ,排隊都頗多客人﹗餐廳以快餐形式經營,有自助服務站,供應熱水和室温水。點餐後服務員會給予餐號給客人,店員會根據枱上餐號送到客人面前。由於食物新鮮製作,所以需要耐心等待。牛角次男坊丼(美國肩脊肉)$93: 丼飯以數十片燒過牛肉片砌成,堆成一個富士山仔,旁邊有三片紫菜,外形狀觀。燒牛肉片惹味,肉味濃郁,放在飽足的大碗飯上,配以特製燒肉汁,拌飯一流。 肉片下有大量芽菜,有脆脆咬口。而米飯是日本產越光米,口感軟糯。套餐所附味噌湯,十分滿足﹗
