第一次叫順化湯檬,餸料好豐富,有牛腩、札肉、豬手和豬紅等等, 牛腩很燜又鬆化,牛骨湯底貌似辣,原來並不辣的。 要湯底更有層次和豐富,是需要時間去煲製的,這樣才能燜出牛骨味,可能要用上2天時間去熬成的 配上滴滴咖啡: 越南咖啡特點是香味濃郁醇厚,略帶苦澀回甘;而它獨一無二的沖泡方法,比較適合淺嘗細味, 可不要誤以為店家姑寒用上小杯 河粉餐配小食, 但我想吃香芧牛肉檬粉,加多$5就可以了,甘就有得吃蒸粉卷了它們的靈魂伴侶就是它: 魚露甜酸汁 Nuoc Cham,又稱碌冧, 酸酸甜甜十分醒胃,真係無咗佢吾得 ! 水準尚算合格的,如果牛肉能燒或炒得香一點,那就完美了!
