To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有個大角咀老友非常胃食,也因此很有口福,一直試倒不同的餐廳。繼上次好味墨魚餅漢堡後,我對老友非常有信心。以致幾乎在任何群體中都負責挑餐廳的我,竟也把重任完全交給朋友,樂得清閒。-決定來到這家星馬菜,餐牌款式雖不算多,但有好幾款都好吸引。最後集兩人喜好選了兩個share.當日老火湯是紅蘿蔔粟米豬骨湯,不算很老火,比起阿媽靚湯自然差得遠,但都叫多料,可接受。-小印度咖哩雜菜羊架配烤餅羊架出色,有羊味,不愛羶味者慎選。火候正好,淋淋地易食不痴牙。最可惜是我們倆個都不愛偏酸的印度咖哩。烤餅好正,外脆內軟 口感QQ, 香草味蒜味都濃,絕不是現成default貨色。個人覺得不加咖哩,吃原味更正。-豬頸肉叻沙睇相都記起的濃郁重口味,配菜有魚片芽菜豆卜,正常味道;溏心蛋半成功,竟因此沒有流走於湯中;豬頸肉軟淋入味,醬汁甜甜地,不錯。-看來開在大角咀的小店,都要有相當實力才能生存。
