適逢星期日,心血來潮想食串燒,卻發現了這小區裡的居酒屋小店。環境裝修走日式居酒屋路線,當晚時段很有氣氛我們選了最入位置靜靜地自成一角,坐得舒服坐低後首先order前菜「柚子醋青瓜絲沙律」配上特製汁,爽口開胃食爐端燒必試一定是海鮮 ,見到師傅是即叫即燒最後選擇「蒜蓉牛油蟶子」配蒜蓉醬汁很鮮味「蒜茸帆立貝」帆立貝厚肉,肉質彈牙「甲羅燒」不得不食邪惡之選再試吃「味噌半殼蠔」個醬汁不得了,超爆汁!跟著再點了幾款不同的串燒 ..「錦爽酒香雞翼」燒至金黃色,外脆肉滑「厚切牛舌」爽呀!而且不靱口「雞尾」及「雞骨豬肉腸」燒得好香,一啖咬下去再追加「明太子玉子燒」驚喜組合,香甜味道今晚很滿足,慢慢吃,慢慢傾串燒配清酒,輕杯淺酌,酒味清香,值得品嚐就是居酒屋的味道🍶
