To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走進電氣道，食肆林立，偏偏位於小巷裡有一間不起眼的上海菜館，之前喺中環嗰間食過唔錯，今次同媽媽嚟呢間試試弄堂乃上海小巷，餐廳選址電氣道轉入的橫街，幾貼切，也有另一番風味有午市套餐由11:00食到5:00，選擇了五色素菜餛飩 (8只) $58餛飩沒有肉也不錯啊，幾清新， 尤其媽媽不太嗜肉，佢幾滿意， 包飲品，揀咗豆漿，豆味濃另外叫了一人套餐 $168包六款食物，好豐富湯有酸辣湯同自家養身湯供選擇，聽見養身零舍吸引，原來係椰子雞湯，好香椰子同雞味。涼菜，小食，主菜全部都係四揀一涼菜揀咗鎮江肴肉，加上薑絲同醋，爽口不油膩小食揀咗小籠包一碟兩隻，食上海菜點可以唔食小籠包，皮夠薄，咬落去又有餡汁。主菜就選擇咗砂鍋雲吞雞呢個一人份量唔會話好多，個湯好清甜，餛飩飽滿，食咗成身暖曬主食可以配白飯，菜飯同陽春麵，我哋揀咗陽春麵，麵質彈牙，我自行加咗啲雞湯落去，增加鮮味同樣配豆漿，食上海嘢好似一定要配豆漿咁見有街坊過嚟買生餛飩，唔使自己包又食到手工餛飩，幾好呀！
