To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同家人三個一齊嚟食晚飯，叫咗三個不同意粉。三個意粉都好好味，太太仲非常激讚！佢個意粉做得好好，係因為個汁能夠掛係個麵度，所以真係能夠食到唔同嘅味道。個蘑菇湯唔可以用飲嘅嚟形容，應該要用食嚟形容，真係好足料！佢個迷你Pizza用咗個好特別嘅方法去整，所以每個Pizza嘅料都唔會話分佈得好唔平均。個朱古力沙冰好好味，咖啡都好香。價錢親民，以咁嘅價錢有咁嘅食物質素非常難得！所以太太話以後嚟紅磡食飯，呢間係可以係再嚟嘅一間。
