To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2月2日約好朋友慶祝生日，在openrice 見到許多人讚賞此店，所以與朋友懷著一試心情，在 openrice 訂埋位，十分方便。可能星期六中午時段，中環大部分公司都休息，所以我哋兩個人可以包場。午餐主菜點了Crab risotto and yellow chicken。點了菜立即上一籃麵包，唔係熱辣辣，不過，咬入口好新鮮感覺。朋友仔唔慣點醋，問廚師有冇牛油，廚師好有禮貌送上一碟牛油。是日餐湯係雜菜湯，中規中矩。主菜之一 Crab Risotto 賣相好精美，有蟹肉＋risotto，非常特別而且好可口美味。另一主菜Yellow chicken，雞肉好幼嫩，肉質好彈牙，煎雞皮金香脆。有位女服務員有禮貌地問我哋要乜餐飲，點了兩杯 cafe latte。我順便問她要甜品餐牌，她說此餐牌是晚上用，所以價錢比較平一點，我哋點了一客 Mango Napoleon and 一客 Strawberry Napoleon。估唔到廚師竟然端上碟上用朱古力寫上 "Happy Birthday" Mango Napoleon，真心感覺小店的用心和細膩人情味，朋友以為是我的安排，其實我在 Openri
