To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小店算做得不錯

星期日，我去采兒花園附近睇裝修。係百佳附近有間買小食物竟然排長龍。門口貼滿阿蘇食評相，我相信不會太差。我叫了三樣東西外買：酸辣湯,生煎包和鍋貼酸辣湯真係好足料，冬菇、豆腐干、雲耳絲、雪耳等配料令碗湯很豐富。味度調較好，酸中帶小辣又不會太結身。一碗好酸辣湯真不易做，so that good生煎包同鍋貼都做得好味。香噴噴有肉汁，十元四粒都幾平呀，簡簡單單又一餐。🤗所以我要支持小店可繼續經營。下次要試埋其他野食。
