To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前在instagram看到很多人也到了這裏吃抹茶心太軟, 我是一個很喜歡吃抹茶甜品的人, 我被這家甜品店的抹茶心太軟吸引了, 所以在假日專程到了這裏吃抹茶心太軟。我們點了一個抹茶心太軟和一個焗布朗尼梳乎厘來分享。抹茶心太軟的賣相很吸引人, 抹茶心太軟上有一球抹茶雪糕, 旁邊還有日式蕨餅、丸子、一堆紅豆蓉。抹茶心太軟的流心度蠻高的, 一切下去, 便有一些綠茶漿流出來。剛剛焗好的心太軟外層有微脆的質感, 它的抹茶味很濃郁, 帶一點茶的甘味, 味道香濃, 甜度不會太高. 所以吃落去不會感到太漏。旁邊的日式蕨餅煙煙韌韌, 很有口感。心太軟上的抹茶雪糕也很好吃, 有微微茶的苦味, 配心太軟吃一流。旁邊的紅豆蓉甜甜的 , 我認為抹茶甜品和紅豆蓉是最佳的配搭。焗布朗尼梳乎厘的甜度適中，朱古力味香濃。
